About Luyanda
I’m a musician with years of experience in Gospel, Jazz, and Soul piano, as well as songwriting and singing. I grew up surrounded by music and eventually taught myself to blend structured technique with expressive playing. I also speak French and love the creative process — whether it’s composing, improvising, or helping others discover their sound. I started teaching because I genuinely enjoy watching people grow in confidence and skill. My goal is to make music approachable, enjoyable, and tailored to each student’s personality and goals.

I teach both by ear and with music theory, depending on what suits you best — helping you understand chords, progressions, and the logic behind what you play. My goal is to help you build confidence, develop your unique sound, and enjoy making music that feels authentic to you.
