About Shivam

Hi, I’m Shivam — a passionate educator and an engineering student at NSUT (one of India’s top technical institutes), currently pursuing Electronics & Communication Engineering with a specialization in AI & ML. Over the years, I’ve worked at the intersection of education, technology, and real-world problem solving. I’ve interned at companies like Cars24 and Newton School, co-founded an EdTech startup, and even represented India at the Harvard HPAIR Conference — experiences that have shaped how I think, teach, and connect with learners. Teaching is something I genuinely enjoy. It’s more than just solving equations or explaining theories — it’s about understanding how students learn, helping them unlock their potential, and making difficult concepts feel simple and exciting. Students who learn with me often say that I make classes feel less stressful and more logical. About the lesson

As a teacher, I focus on building strong conceptual clarity instead of just helping students memorize formulas. I believe every student can understand Math and Physics if it's explained with the right examples — so I use real-life analogies, visual aids, and sometimes even storytelling to make abstract ideas stick. My classes are structured to be interactive and student-paced: We begin with a quick recap or warm-up to activate prior knowledge. Then, I explain the new concept in a simplified manner using relatable examples. After that, we solve problems together — starting easy, then moving to exam-level questions. Finally, I assign light homework or practice problems for reinforcement, with a follow-up for doubts. What sets me apart is that I don't just "deliver" content — I observe how the student thinks, where they get stuck, and tailor my explanations accordingly. I'm approachable, patient, and I’ve mentored students even outside the classroom — which helps me connect well, especially with school students. These classes are intended for students from Class 6 to Class 10 who want to build a strong base in Math, Physics, or general science. Whether you’re trying to catch up or get ahead, I’ll adapt the class to your goals.
