My name is Joel, and I am a dedicated Software Engineer and Computer Science graduate from the University of the People. With years of experience across web, mobile, desktop development, and UI/UX design, I am passionate about helping students transform technical concepts into practical skills.

Throughout my software development career, I have worked with a wide stack of modern technologies, including Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, React Native, Electron, and Figma.

As a former tutor at Brekete CodeCamp in Nigeria, I have personally mentored and trained over 500 aspiring developers. This experience taught me that anyone can learn to code when taught with patience, clarity, and structured guidance. About the lesson

My teaching methodology is rooted in hands-on, project-based learning. Having taught over 500 students at Brekete CodeCamp in Nigeria, I understand how to break down complex programming concepts into practical, easy-to-understand steps.

Teaching Method & Techniques:
Instead of focusing solely on theory, we build real-world applications together. I focus on core problem-solving techniques, clean code principles, and interactive debugging sessions.

A Typical Lesson Plan:

Concept Breakdown (10–15 mins): Clear explanation of core theory using real-world analogies.

Guided Practice (20 mins): Writing code step-by-step together.

Hands-on Building (20 mins): You implement features independently while I guide you.

Q&A & Review (10 mins): Debugging, code review, and homework/project assignments.
