I have known Melinda for 8 years as a work colleague, team mate, and confidant. I have had the pleasure of working along side her on projects and with teams as an agile coach and servant leader. She is a knowledgeable, patient tutor who carries great passion for the Agile mindset both within a functioning, successful business, and carried on through other aspects of life. To be taught a lesson by Melinda will allow a person to grasp the why's behind what it means to be agile and what benefits it can bring. Her vast knowledge and skillset will deliver an in depth, guided, thorough understanding of all agile concepts and principles.

Melinda is really talented, hardworking and an excellent teacher, because she was Scrum Master for our team while worked in NTT DATA Services, her talent is very vast and abundant adding great value to our team. Her teachings were in a comprehensive manner where everyone in our team loves Melinda for her great efforts, talent and knowledge sharing to others. She is kind and helpful to everyone who joins the team and thaught them regarding sprints. I love her teaching and she was the best teacher i have ever seen in my life so I consider Melinda as a trustworthy teacher.
