About Gustavo
I love playing volleyball, surfing, hiking, working out, focusing on nutrition, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, enjoying churrasco, attending electronic music festivals, and DJing. With over five years in brand and event management, I’ve worked at some of the biggest events, like Comic-Con and CRSSD Festival, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that people have a great experience. Whether managing teams, engaging with customers, or bringing a brand’s message to life, I thrive in fast-paced environments where energy and strategy come together. Originally from Brazil, I moved to the US in 2016. My background is in civil engineering, which I studied in Brazil before shifting gears and earning a Certificate in International Business Administration in San Diego. Before coming to the US, I spent four years working as a Project Manager, specializing in PMI methodologies to make projects more efficient and effective. This mix of engineering, business, sales, and event management has shaped how I approach challenges. I love solving problems, working with people, and creating opportunities—whether it’s in business, events, or everyday life.
