About Ika
I have been a musician for 10 years now. I always make sure to practice thoroughly before participating in an orchestra performance.
I am naturally a shy person, but when it comes to doing what I love, my confidence shines through. And that is exactly what I want to help my students build, too.
Whether you're working on the basics, proper posture, or playing out of tune, I want you to know that mistakes are an essential part of learning. As the saying goes, making mistakes just means you are trying. Nothing is perfect, but practice and effort bring us closer to it.
As your teacher, I will always be patient. I know how intimidating it feels to start something new. Even professionals get nervous, hehe. I promise to encourage you and guide your progress with kindness and understanding every step of the way.
