About Renette
I am a music teacher specializing in inclusive teaching of children of all ages to learn and acquire musical skills and abilities. I have had experience in playing piano for 20+ years and teaching for just over 6 years now. I structure my teaching style to suit the student's level and learning style. Making sure each student has a positive experience and feels confident and has fun are some of the main things I strive for in each lesson. Also giving them a great introduction into basic music concepts.

For very young children and beginners I teach through the color coded note reading method. This method helps young learners to learn to read and remember notes quickly and effectively. I give students plenty of encouragement and positive reinforcement that promotes success and achievement.

For students 12 and under I only offer half hour music lesson @ $15 per lesson. For older students $30 for a full hour.
