About Grant

I am a retired PhD pharmacologist and molecular biologist, with experience teaching college and graduate students. I was also a registered nurse for 12 years (emergency and critical care), so I understand what drugs do for patients. I enjoy teaching and tutoring, and like helping students navigate their coursework and exams in pharmacology and related life science subjects. My tutoring is 100% online, via Zoom.

About the lesson

It is rare to find someone who tutors in pharmacology!

Pharmacology is the study of the effect of drugs on the body, and the biological and molecular mechanisms by which drugs work.

I can help healthcare and health science students navigate their coursework and exams by working one on one with you to better understand pharmacology.

I can also help you learn subjects related to pharmacology, such as biology, molecular biology, cell biology, physiology, biochemistry and microbiology.
