About Georgia

I am an Italian-Australian lyric coloratura soprano, originally from Sydney, Australia, and Vicenza, near Venice, Italy. I began performing on stage at the age of 13, and music has been at the heart of my life ever since.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Opera Singing from the Verona Conservatory and a Master’s degree in Opera Singing with honours from the Rossini Conservatory in Pesaro, Italy. I also studied at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and further developed my artistry at prestigious European opera academies, including the Accademia d’Arte Lirica di Osimo, Accademia Chigiana, Berlin Opera Academy and Venice College Biennale Teatro.

Throughout my training, I have had the privilege of studying with internationally renowned artists and vocal specialists, including Raina Kabaivanska, Cecilia Gasdia, William Matteuzzi, Ernesto Palacio, Laura Claycomb, Barbara Frittoli, Sherman Lowe and Anna Vandi.

I made my operatic debut in Verdi’s Rigoletto at the Teatro Pergolesi in Jesi and have since performed in opera productions and concerts throughout Italy. My repertoire includes leading roles by Mozart, Rossini, Bellini, Donizetti, Verdi and Puccini, with a particular passion for Italian bel canto.

Alongside my performing career, teaching singing is one of my greatest passions.

I welcome students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners discovering classical singing for the first time to experienced singers preparing for auditions and performances.

My teaching focuses on developing a healthy, natural and efficient vocal technique rooted in the Italian bel canto tradition. I help students improve their breathing, vocal freedom, range, musicality, pronunciation and artistic expression, always adapting lessons to their individual needs and goals.

Whether you dream of singing opera, wish to improve your classical vocal technique or are preparing for an audition, I would be delighted to accompany you on your musical journey.

Online lessons are available from Italy, in English, Italian or French.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student’s age, experience, and goals.

Children (7–12 years old)
For younger students, lessons focus on building confidence while making learning fun. We begin with simple vocal warm-ups and ear training to develop pitch and intonation, then move on to singing their favourite songs, encouraging good vocal habits in an enjoyable way.

Teenagers (12-17 years old)
With teenage students, we start with more structured vocal warm-ups and exercises. As we discover their natural voice, we work on developing a comfortable vocal range, improving technique, and applying these skills through songs that suit their voice and interests.

Adults and seniors (18+)
For adult students, lessons are usually divided into two parts. We begin with vocal technique, focusing on breathing, diaphragm support, scales, arpeggios, and intonation. We then apply these techniques through singing, helping you develop confidence, control, and healthy vocal habits. I will give you repertoire to study or we will study the pieces you have to prepare. The final goal will be to sing on a musical accompaniment.

Every student learns at a different pace. Some may spend more time building a solid technical foundation before moving on to more challenging repertoire, and that’s perfectly fine. My priority is to ensure that every student feels comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their vocal journey.

I teach children, teenagers, and adults and seniors from complete beginners to advanced singers. My classical training provides a strong technical foundation that can be applied to any musical style, whether you enjoy pop, musical theatre, jazz, rock, or classical singing. Whatever your age or experience, I’d love to help you discover and develop your voice. Let’s sing!
