About Paul
Hi I am Paul, or p.d. wohl - that is my stage name. I am a singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. I focus is guitar-based music in all styles, from folk to country to pop, blues and rock. I run a home studio called wohl.of.sound in Vancouver BC, where I produce music for myself and various songwriters around the world.
I have had home electronic studios since the late 1980s, I have worked in major recording studios in NYC. I have used Logic for over 20 years now. It's all about the song - Logic is an instrument and a tool. Allow me to help you create the music you hear in your head and your heart.

I am a singer/songwriter, musician and a producer. I can teach you how to make songs in Logic and avoid a lot of the complicated features you do not need, that might confuse you. It's all about the song.
I meet you where you are at .I will teach you the basics of recording, mixing and sound design. I can show you how to edit vocals effectively as well as other live instruments and how to use midi tracks to build your song to sound lije a full jam.
I can also teach you how to make electronic beats and create beautiful musical arrangements. For mixing, I can show you how to use plugins, EQ and balance your instruments. And more advanced techniques like how to gain stage, use compression and create polished professional tracks.
