About Nourine
I have a degree in philosophy and Arab civilization and have published in Arabic and English. I have taught Arabic to foreigners for five years in Egypt and Lebanon. With a strong interest in literature, I love to share the beauty of classical Arabic as well as fun, useful street slang to impress locals with when traveling to the Middle East.

I make tailored Arabic lessons based on your goals. Whether you are just a beginner or an advanced learner.
As a native speaker of Egyptian Arabic, I am fluent in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA/Fusha) and Egyptian dialect. I have also lived in Lebanon for over two years and speak and teaching Levantine/Lebanese/Syrian dialect as well.
I can provide support with all four core skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Together we will create a study plan depending on your goals and learning outcomes, whether you are a university student, a traveler, or if you have an interest in the world of Arabic history and literature.
