About Nicolas

Ciao! I'm Nicolas, an Italian-English bilingual passionate about helping people build the confidence to actually speak Italian, not just study it.

Having spent time between Italy and the UK, I understand both languages and cultures, which allows me to explain Italian in a clear, practical, and relatable way for English speakers. I know firsthand that learning a language can feel intimidating, especially when you're worried about making mistakes or speaking in front of others.

My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and focused on real-world communication. Whether your goal is traveling around Italy, connecting with locals, preparing for a move abroad, or simply enjoying the language and culture, I aim to make learning enjoyable, relaxed, and genuinely useful.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed for people who want to use Italian in real life, not just study it from a textbook.

Whether you're starting from zero, planning a trip to Italy, preparing to move abroad, or simply want to have natural conversations with confidence, lessons are tailored to your goals and pace.

I focus on practical communication from the beginning. Rather than spending months memorizing grammar rules, you'll learn how Italians actually speak in everyday situations such as ordering food, traveling, meeting people, and navigating life in Italy. Grammar is introduced naturally and only when it helps you communicate more effectively.

Lessons are relaxed, supportive, and conversational. Mistakes are part of the learning process, and I create an environment where students feel comfortable speaking from day one.

Typical lessons last 60 minutes and can be adapted for beginners, intermediate learners, travelers, professionals, university students, and anyone with a passion for Italian language and culture.
