About Vida

Hello! My name is Vida, and I’m a friendly and patient English tutor who truly enjoys helping people learn at their own pace. I understand that learning a new language can feel intimidating, especially for beginners, so I create a calm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable asking questions and practicing without fear. My teaching style focuses on clear explanations, real-life examples, and building confidence step by step. I’m especially passionate about helping adults, immigrants, and shy learners who need someone understanding and gentle to guide them. I want every student to feel seen, supported, and encouraged throughout their learning journey.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed especially for beginners, shy learners, and anyone who wants to build confidence in English at a comfortable pace.

I teach English in a friendly, patient, and simple way, focusing on helping you speak, understand, and use English in real life. Whether you are starting from zero or improving your basics, I guide you step by step so you never feel lost or overwhelmed.

Vanessa

I know Vida from high school. She is extremely well spoken, and has always been a top achiever. It only makes sense to see her seeking to share her knowledge with others at this stage in her life. An excellent writer and extremely detail oriented. Her mastery of the English language is impeccable. I cannot recommend her strongly enough.

Vida is an excellent and trustworthy tutor. I've worked with her as a writer and editor for a Canadian company since 2021. I've also interacted with and proofread most of her written work and have come to love her exceptional use of the English language. She's always in pursuit of knowledge, which makes her an incredible tutor with fresh ideas and open to different perspectives. Her communication skills are also top-tier, which can be valuable to learners. I have no doubt that her students are in phenomenal and warm hands.
