About Jessica
I have an undergraduate degree in life sciences and environmental studies, majoring the the study of ecosystems. I am about to complete my Master's degree in biology (ecology). My education was varied and I took courses in science but also in the religions of the world, environmental sustainability issues, and a course called "Voluntary Simplicity" that changed my life. I am academically educated, but have also taken my 200 hour yoga teach training certification and am a reiki level one practitioner as well. I have been experimenting with plant-based eating and recipes since the age of 17 and while I do not label myself as a vegetarian/vegan anymore I do love to help anyone who may be transitioning or just wanting to get more plants in their diet.

I listen first, then ask questions to get a better understanding of the situation, then if I need to I will do some research and figure out some options as to how you can proceed, and help encourage you to take the steps that are necessary to ease the struggle you are going through!
