I am a dedicated guitar tutor with over 12 years of experience, specializing in teaching college students. My teaching style is flexible, student-centered, and focused on making learning enjoyable and effective. I understand that each student has different goals and learning speeds, so I adapt my lessons to fit your needs. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to advance your skills, I ensure every lesson is engaging and practical. I believe in problem-solving, helping students work through challenges, whether it’s mastering a technique, learning a new song, or improving their creativity. I also incorporate cultural sensitivity into my lessons, introducing students to various guitar styles such as classical, jazz, electric, and acoustic, while respecting different musical traditions.
I hold my students accountable for their progress, setting clear goals and helping them stay motivated. In addition to guitar, I can teach other relevant subjects like music theory, sight-reading, and rhythm techniques. My goal is to not only teach guitar skills but also to inspire a deeper appreciation for music.
