I do not believe in following any methodical teaching. For me, every student is different and each one requires a different way of learning. I strongly follow the rule given by Benjamin Franklin. 'Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn.' Yes, that's my basic strategy - to involve the student in every bit of the learning process. Also, I believe in quality rather than quantity. I would rather work towards developing the skills of two students at a time than handling 20 at a time and no skills being developed at all. All in all, my focus is more on skill development and not rote learning.
