With over 14 years of experience, I specialize in teaching piano to college students, helping them develop both technical skills and a deep love for music. My teaching style is built on clear communication, creativity, and adaptability. I believe in making lessons engaging and tailored to each student’s needs, whether they are working on classical pieces or exploring modern genres like jazz, pop, and R&B. I use innovative methods, such as interactive exercises and improvisation, to encourage students to express themselves and build confidence. Creativity plays a big role in my lessons. I encourage students to explore different music styles—from classical to jazz, pop, and R&B—so they can develop their own musical voice. Whether learning a piece or improving technique, I provide opportunities for students to express themselves through music.
I also value integrity in my teaching, ensuring that lessons are honest, respectful, and aligned with each student’s learning goals. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s pace and skill level, making sure lessons are tailored to their unique needs.
Beyond piano, I also offer tutoring in related subjects, focusing on supporting students in any area where they seek improvement. My goal is to make learning an enjoyable and meaningful experience.
