No rattafication (mindless memorisation of facts and figures). My teaching methodology is customised according to each batch/student. Curiosity is the main driver of learning. Some likes gamification method, some likes diving directly into practice, some are good to go with what everyone else like. Always remember theory and practical usage is very important.
