About Ophelie
My name is Ophelie and I have been in the pastry business for 7 years, but I have been baking since I was very young. I studied in France where I was able to learn pastry and chocolate making techniques. I love to test new recipes and twist them to my liking to make them perfect. I am a patient person and I love to share my knowledge and see you succeed!

I can tailor classes for people of all ages who want to learn from scratch, or who have some pastry experience and are looking to improve. If you want to learn how to make a decorated entremets like a real chef, you've come to the right place! I specialise in all kinds of tarts and French entremets, such as strawberry cake, black forest, tarte tatin, chocolate eclair, french macarons .... I'll adapt to your wishes and the recipes you want to learn. You'll leave with lots of practical tips. Classes are available in English and French!
