About Hubert
I was born in Malta, the island of multilingualism. My native language is Maltese, but I have spoken English since childhood. At the age of eleven, I discovered French and Italian. I went on to study literature and linguistics in Maltese, French, and English in high school and later at the University of Malta, where I earned a degree in Arts (French and Maltese) and a PGCE in FLE. I also speak Latin American Spanish fluently, having lived in Peru for nearly 18 years. I enjoy traveling, swimming, and hiking, and I have a passion for gardening.
