We start with warm ups. Warming up is singing. People think they can just sing, and then get upset that their voice isn’t sounding good, and so they don’t enjoy practice, therefore don’t do it.
But what if you let the tap run dirty, till it naturally cleans itself out, metaphorically speaking.
Patience and mental support in that first ten minutes of your practice are so crucial to your body opening up and leading you further into the garden of sound.
The voice is a muscle and you will be surprised how much easier things get, the more you use it.
