About Canadian
I’m a Canadian native English speaker with over 10 years of experience teaching English in Canada, around the world, and online. With students in preschool, middle school and all the way up to University and Business English. Working with students from diverse cultural and language backgrounds has given me a deep understanding of the challenges learners face — and how to help them overcome them with confidence.
I’m passionate about travel and love experiencing different cultures and languages. This global perspective shapes my teaching style: patient, culturally aware, and adaptable to each student’s unique goals and background.
Whether teaching in person or online, I aim to create lessons that are engaging, practical, and focused on real communication. My goal is always to help students feel confident, capable, and comfortable using English in everyday life, academics, or professional settings.

As a Canadian native English speaker with over 10 years of teaching experience, my approach is practical, supportive, and results-focused. Teaching Methodology & Techniques
I use a communicative, goal-oriented approach. This means students actively speak, practise real-life scenarios, and apply grammar naturally rather than memorising rules in isolation. Lessons include:

Writing feedback with clear improvement strategies

Typical Lesson Length
Most lessons are 60 minutes, which allows time for structured learning, active practice, and feedback. I also offer 45-minute or 90-minute sessions depending on student needs.

I have over 10 years of experience teaching English to adults, secondary students, and professionals. Throughout my career, I have helped students improve confidence, pass exams, strengthen workplace communication, and speak more naturally and clearly.
