About Celia

I graduated with 1st class hons in Creative Writing (with an elective in English) and after leaving university have been working as a freelance writer. I love reading, especially Japanese literature, and have a good knowledge of classic texts which come up on exam papers.

KS3 and GCSE English Literature and Language classes, as well as bespoke lessons on poetry, creative writing and more. - Want to be an author or a professional freelance writer? Either the literature or language paper (or both) for GCSE, and bespoke subjects for KS3. - Expert in the AQA exam field, with the following key texts: Poetry (power and conflict cluster), Shakespeare (Macbeth, or Romeo and Juliet), the 19th-century novel (Jane Eyre, The Sign of the Four, Pride and Prejudice), Modern Text (Lord of the Flies), and unseen poetry. - Whether you’re a top-level student looking to achieve full marks, or a student trying to reach the next grade boundary, we can work towards your goals and plan bespoke lessons.

Khamsin was responsive to my feedback and happy to participate in the lesson and do the tasks I asked her to do. She took on my feedback and understood the explanations I gave her. She also seemed to enjoy the class and take something away from it, and I look forward to our next session.

The lessons are always on time, filled with content and never cut short. Communication regarding lessons is very efficient and very consistent.
