About Jim
I have recently stepped back from the restaurant business so that I can focus on the more creative aspects of my life. Food, art, design and of course family. I am constantly working on new recipes and ideas which will help inspire lessons and to add to your repertoire. I have a servants heart, but only wish to pass skills to those who seek it, and strive to deliver it in a much friendlier, more competent approach than your stereotypical chef.

Hello, my name is Jim. Over the years I have accumulated a lot of skills from working in a lot of different kitchens, from kitchen porter to head chef. I aim to pass on my knowledge directly into your home, regardless of your skill level, I can teach you anything from basic home cooking to restaurant quality banquets. I can teach you recipes, preparation techniques, kitchen organisation and any number of culinary tips.
I am a very laid back chef and this shows through in my teaching style. Please feel free to contact with your goals and we will work around you to make your culinary journey as pleasant as possible.
