About Nur
Hi! I'm a Computer Science graduate with over 10 years of hands-on experience with computers, software, networking, and troubleshooting. I've helped students, professionals, and seniors become confident with their devices — whether they're learning the basics for the first time or solving a frustrating technical problem.
I cover everything from everyday computer skills and Microsoft Outlook to software installation, computer networks, and hardware repairs. For Software, we'll cover how to safely install, update, configure, and remove programs, manage startup applications, understand licensing, and choose the right tools for your needs — from productivity apps to security software like antivirus and firewalls.
For Computer Networks, I'll help you understand how home and office networks work, set up and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, configure routers, improve your internet speed, and learn the basics of network security to keep your connection safe.
For Computer Repair, we'll cover diagnosing common hardware and software issues, speeding up a slow PC, fixing startup problems, cleaning up storage, replacing components, and knowing when something needs professional attention versus a simple fix.
