About Frank
Having been in Engineering and IT for over 30 years, I have comprehensive practical experience in Civil / Structural Design, Computer Science and Software Development. Having trained hundreds of students over the past few decades, I enjoy working with people and have great patience in doing so. I believe in learning-by-doing which reflects in my hands-on approach of teaching.

Learn CAD/CAM, 2D / 3D drafting and modeling to further your Engineering skills
Are you an Engineering Student or aspiring or seasoned Engineer?
CAD is essential for anybody wanting to design or manufacture products.
With over 30 years of practical experience in Engineering, Software Development and Electronics Design, I offer online classes covering the following topics:
- Mechanical Parts Design
- Architectural Building Design
- Reinforced Concrete and Steel Design
- Frame and Pipeline Design for Plumbing or HVAC
- Rendering, Animation and Walkthroughs
- Finite Element and Fluid Analysis
- Preparing models for 3D printing or CNC machining
- 2D Drafting, Annotation and drawing sharing
Classes are conducted online and are based on the latest FreeCAD version.
FreeCAD is your own, free parametric Engineering Design Suite and runs on Linux, MacOS and Windows.
I offer all classes in English or German.
