I have been all around the world competing and training Jiu Jitsu for 20 years. I own my own schools and have been a teacher for 16 years. As a lady and a competitor, I have a unique perspective that forces me to have a style that doesn’t rely on strength. I focus my game on more than memorizing techniques. We look at chaining the right moves together, the timing involved, and the mindset involved in our decision-making process. When fractions of a second can mean the difference between life and death, you need to have no doubts or hesitations. I have competed at the highest levels, winning multiple world championships, along with countless other events around the world, and over the last two years, I have medaled at the Worlds for the USA National Grappling team.
