Art Historian with a master's degree by UNAM.
The courses' main objective is the development of the students' critical analysis, historical thinking and esthesia. This is achieved by discovering the ideology that prevails in each time and place through the aesthetic works, mainly plastic art. This helps us transfer that knowledge to the present and have a better understanding of the world we live in.
"Truth will set us free".
The methodology used is TBL, or Thought Based Learning, which consist on learning how to contextualize, analyze, relate, argue, transform information into knowledge meanwhile aesthetic enjoyment is developed beyond memorization.
Studying supplies are included -readings and videos- plus museum tours. This material is optional depending o the amount of time and commitment the student is willing to invest in the course. All courses are adapted to different levels of previous knowledge.
