About Subibe

I have been in a hands-on leadership role for over a decade.

I am the author of 4 books available on Amazon Kindle.

I have extensive experience providing leadership training to front-line managers and upper leadership.

Moreover, I am currently a Non-Executive Director at well known and established non-profit.

Applying knowledge gained through an undergraduate degree in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in non-profit administration, I have worked to achieve "Krayz workplace results" by engaging staff in initiatives and taking a proactive approach to leadership.

My perspective on leadership can be summarized by one phrase “leadership development starts with self-reflection.”

An avid public speaker, I have been invited to present at numerous conferences across Canada and the US.

I take great pride in having led internal human resource activities with an understanding that in today’s workforce, recognition, autonomy, proper health and stress management, respecting diversity and differences and facilitating life balance are at the core of a humanistic approach to HR towards helping people strive for their best.

About the lesson

Each lesson consists of a unique live presentation given by me that can vary from 15-minutes to 30-minutes on practical real-world topics in Leadership.

Longer sessions are also available for more complex topics such as Project Management.

The presentation is followed by a 30-minute question and answer coaching and mentoring session.

The 30 minute coaching and mentoring session can also include brainstorming to generate innovative ideas to try and implement.

These topics have come to me from over a decade of experience in a hands-on leadership role that involved being responsible for the internal human resource functions of a unit of 80+ staff members.

This experience has enabled me to build a substantial toolkit that I will share with you in order for you to develop your own toolkit that you will be able to take with you to any job, in any company, in any field.

These lessons would be ideal for someone considering a leadership role, someone new in a leadership role, or someone who wants to take their leadership skills to another level to become the teacher and no longer the student.
