My name is Nathan Griffith and I currently work for AFC Bournemouth as a lead sports scientist. The best thing about my job is helping individuals each day to reach their dreams, and play a small part of their journey. I want to help people who have a real passion and desire to succeed. I have had over 10 years' experience working in professional football, my sessions will be individualised to your son or daughter aiming to improve strength, power, speed and fitness. Strength & conditioning sessions, open to everyone no matter what avenue looking to pursue e.g. football, tennis, rugby etc. Not only will we improve your strength, power, and fitness we will help you transfer those attributes within your sport improving your game speed.
