About ADALTON DE PAULA PARRELA
I am a Lawyer, Consultant in Business Management, Mediator and Arbitral Judge, having worked in Brazil and abroad, fluent in English and Spanish and who has dedicated a good part of his life to teaching and leadership, especially of young people. My wife and I act as volunteers in relevant community causes and we try to contribute to building citizens for a better Brazil.

I believe that the best way to teach / learn is to do it together, in a full and honest communication. I value the process of "learning to acculturate" rather than just "studying for the test". There is a lot in the world to know, in a process that does not have to end. I myself continue to learn - and studying: I am starting a Masters and a PhD in Business Sciences.
