About Elen
Hi I'm Elen! Despite choosing to pursue a degree in law at the University of Exeter, I have always had a keen interest in English Literature and History and would love to share that interest with someone looking for extra support in the subjects.
I have a good grasp of what the exam process for current students is, as well as what the exam boards are looking for in order to achieve the top grades, having sat my A Levels last year, meaning the memories of the exam process is still fresh in my mind.

After receiving tutoring myself throughout my time a school, in my experience, developing a greater understanding and love for the subject you are looking to improve on is what really helps. I am hoping to achieve this through student led tutoring (not only will we work on what the student thinks are their weaker skills, but develop areas of the subject they find interesting).
Having studied History and English Literature both at A Level and GCSE, I know how intimidating both subjects can be (having finished my exams in 2021 it is still fresh in my mind), I hope to provide some relief as well as sharing the methods in which I achieved the top grades myself.
