About Laiya
I matriculated in 2018 and am currently working toward my law degree. I excelled in English at school, and it was one of my distinctions in matric. I’d 2017, I received the accolade of being in the top 100 candidates in the South African English Olympiad.

My teaching method is largely explanatory and task based. I will formulate notes/diagrams on every aspect of my teachings and explain this to my students. After doing so, if needed, I will provide them with tasks that they can complete in relations to what we are learning. Students are always welcome to approach me with any suggestions or questions they may have, as I feel that this creates an open, beneficial learning environment.
