About Miaoling
I am passionate about imparting knowledge and making education a fun experience for all. Originating from a Chinese speaking family, I understand the challenges of communicating fluently in English, especially when we are speaking to a English native speaker. I have previously worked in Hong Kong, China, the UK and Singapore and I realised that English is so important to increase one's employability. I would hope to impart my international experiences, how I overcome language barriers and how I learn to speak English like a native.

I taught primary, secondary and pre U students English previously. I spent a lot of time in improving my students' confidence in speaking in English and provided them proper materials to shadow and emulate native speakers, in preparation for further studies/ English exams (e.g IELTS).
