About Filip
I am an undergraduate student of psychology and a language enthusiast. I gave my friends private english lessons for four years during high school. Once I finished high school in 2018, I took the Cambridge English Assessment exam in which I obtained a certificate of C2 level of English. Later that year, I moved to the UK to study. I have been helping people with their English with the use of Whatsapp and private calls for 2 years now. I have also been learning Spanish for the last year and a half.

It is generally accepted that babies' brains are like sponges, which is why they are able to learn languages so effortlessly. However, what stops a grown up from learning languages using the same principles? My teaching philosophy is that languages are supposed to be learned, not studied. Auditory immersion in your every day life, as well as regular speaking practice are two of my favorite ways to help people with their English. On top of that, I explain English grammar in my private lessons, and these grammatical rules can then be unconsciously absorbed through constant use and exposure to native English. My lessons will focus on whatever it is that the learner has issues with. Be it their accent, their grammar, or their vocabulary. Fun exercises will definitely keep you engaged.
