About Martha
I'm an MA student in London, with a background in theatre and media - I love to be involved in any kind of arts! Having completed my undergraduate degree in English at the University of Manchester, I then moved to King's College London to study Language and Cultural Diversity. My TEFL and tutoring experience means I am used to students with differing levels of English proficiency, and endeavour to ensure that every student has a comfortable - and fun! - experience during lessons.

I have experience working with young children in arts organisations as well as educational environments, and have tutored for people at Beginner/Intermediate/Upper Intermediate levels of English, as well as assisted in Advanced Placement English Language classes. My lessons tend to be 1 hour long - but can adjust if needed! - and I like to employ creativity in my lessons. Whether it's through language games, structured conversation or roleplaying situations, I believe the best way to learn is in practice!
