I am a qualified Clinical Laboratory medical technologist with 10yrs experience, with the ability to interpret lab test results with the use of ONLY theoretical and practically applied knowledge of biological systems and functions. Always involved in training new students and new employees.

My approach is adaptive, including visual and functional memory techniques. I love to use diagrams and mind maps to ensure a positive approach to clearly understanding any topic, the ability to interpret topics, maintain objective conscienceness, critical thinking, acquiring the thirst for planning-implementation and application problem-solving, and above all, the ability to relay these acquired theoretical or activated practical skills and information, in both verbal or written form. Providing an individual the confidence to ACCURATELY provide information on any topic, from memory.
The fulfilment of this mutually beneficial goal has but one compulsory requirement. This is; "There are no silly/nonsense questions. If you ask why, and you obtain the answer that you need, an explanation that satisfies the question, it becomes a memory. Now You will never forget a system, process or method etc. Never be afraid to ask: WHY? HOW? WHEN? WHO(M)?, WHAT?" These are the building blocks of acquiring, relaying and most importantly, retaining knowledge.
