About Sylvia
I am a laboratory analyst and manager with a honour's degree in Genetics. I hold a BSc degree in Genetics and Zoology. I am fully trained in wet chemistry analysis and second year inorganic and analytical chemistry. I have previously tutored biology, chemistry and mathematics.

My teaching method involves story-telling. I find it of great importance for students to understand why certain actions are performed before dealing with the how. My training includes a comprehensive 'bigger picture' to ensure that students are able to understand as opposed to memorize work blindly.
