I am a Kinesiology graduate with a passion for education, health, and human performance. As a national-level figure skater, coach, and endurance athlete, I have developed strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills that I bring into every lesson. I enjoy helping students build confidence, understand challenging concepts, and achieve their academic goals through a supportive, engaging, and personalized learning experience. About My Lessons
As a Kinesiology graduate, national-level figure skater, coach, and endurance athlete, I focus on helping students not only understand the material but also develop the confidence and critical thinking skills needed to succeed independently. My teaching approach is student-centered, adaptable, and designed to meet each learner's unique goals and learning style.
Teaching Methodology & Techniques
My lessons emphasize active learning, problem-solving, and real-world application. Rather than simply memorizing concepts, students learn how to connect course material to practical examples, making complex topics easier to understand and retain. I use a combination of guided instruction, practice questions, visual aids, and discussion-based learning to reinforce key concepts.

Each lesson is tailored to the student's needs but generally follows this structure:

Having spent years as a national-level athlete and coach, I understand the importance of discipline, goal-setting, and effective learning strategies.
