About Abigail
I completed my B.S while being a college soccer athlete.I moved from England to the USA to do this when I was 18. I have great communication skills and I have a lot of experience living and working on a team with people from all different backgrounds and cultures. I have a passion for helping others and enabling them to be the best version of themselves. I have also completed a course certified by the Association for Nutrition so have the knowledge required to help you meet your goals! I have had success in writing plans to help friends lose weight, gain muscle and one client who just wanted to learn about nutrition and improve their overall lifestyle. I have done research papers and presented on these to audiences, and have written articles about many topics on health, wellness, sport and nutrition. Playing sports and being a college athlete means I have a lot of knowledge and practical experience to help you! I am also willing to learn and adapt to your needs!

I have a great passion and high level of knowledge in the area of Kinesiology(Sports Science) and Psychology. I am also passionate about wellness, nutrition and lifestyle. I have a strong desire to help others and have a B.S in Kinesiology, with a minor in Psychology, and also a course certified by Association for Nutrition. I have had great success helping friends, family and clients in achieving a variety of goals and learning more about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am looking for more practical experience and so I want to teach others and share my knowledge. I can simply write a diet, exercise and meal plans for a range of goals or teach you about nutrition and sports science.
