About Julia
Originally from Hong Kong, I graduated from University of La Verne in California with a Kinesiology degree in 2015. I worked as a research assistant at a rehabilitation hospital for a year and spent most of 2017 traveling (three months working on farm/eco-village in Ecuador). I also have some experience working in a restaurant setting and at a glass shop in Colorado as well as landscaping/farm job in North Carolina. Have taken an extensive amount of science coursework such as Genetics, Microbiology, Physics, Chemistry and Physiology while in college. Currently on a one-year holiday work visa and working a baby-sitting job three to four days per week until end of March. Schedule is flexible and willing to relocate.

Most suitable for primary/secondary students who need help with Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology or Statistics (questions with school work/prep for exams). Can also teach piano (up to Grade 8), Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and swimming. Materials not provided since I am currently traveling, lessons emphasis will be on constant practice and working on challenging problems for secondary students, as well as answering any additional questions students have if they are struggling in classes.
