About Rodrigo

I am a profesional fighter with 8 years of teaching experience on martial arts; K1/ Muay Thai/ Taekwondo. I have been the 3rd place on Mexico’s Taekwondo tournament, 25 black belt fights , 3 Muay Thai fights, 1 MMA fights. Nutrition and sport psychology expert.

About the lesson

Beginners. Get in shape and know the technique
Advance. Focus on resistance and combat skills
Fighters. Advance combos, strategy, and high standards on cardio, strength, and flexibility.

With each person, I ensure to accomplished their uniques goals and in a safe way with a very solid base of knowledge and strength.
