About Carla
I was an International Flight Attendant for ten years and travelled all over the world. I then started my bachelor of arts degree, majoring in Japanese and completed a Global Exchange program in semester one in Nagoya, Japan, at Nagoya University of Foreign Studies. This is where I found my passion for ESOL teaching as I spent my lunch hours tutoring Japanese students, wanting to improve their English skills.
I like to make my students feel confident with speaking English but also to make their experience an enjoyable and rewarding one. I am available for all second-language learners of English however, I speak Japanese at the JLPT N3 level. Therefore, I can be very helpful towards Japanese students.

I have been English tutoring for nearly one year now. I have had a newfound passion for English tutoring since my global exchange in Japan. I am in the final year of my Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Japanese. I worked as an English tutor for fellow students at Nagoya University of Foreign Studies in semester one and have been tutoring online ever since.
