I am an Assistant Head and have been teaching 4-8 year olds for over 16 years. My specialism is Maths, and I work as a Maths Consultant, developing teachers abilities to teach Maths. I am passionate about helping ALL children learn, and am highly experienced in creating lessons tailored to individual needs.

I am a Maths consultant for the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Maths (NCETM). I train other teachers across the country how best to teach Maths. My hands on (even through a computer screen!) approach helps students to understand concepts. I am quick to understand barriers to learning and adapt my teaching to overcome those barriers - we all learn best from our mistakes - and I support and challenge learners to secure the best outcomes.
