About Laila
Sales manager and regional manager with experience in coaching and sales training. In my career I have had the opportunity to work as both a salesperson and a manager. I have therefore seen both sides. A boss and a manager are NOT the same. My motivation and interest in sales arose when I realized good leadership + motivated employees = good results. I have learned to build relationships and trust in clients, employees and colleagues.

Showing your employees that selling and selling are two different words that do not really belong together is key. I have experienced and experienced, using the word seller, has become a word that is almost as bad as cursing in church. Sales are a long process and one must be able to be the key to success. The good news is that anyone can become a raw seller. Norway's next best may be YOU, with the right tools. Relationship building, needs analysis, building trust and pushing the word sales are the key to success. I have that key and want to share it further.
