My name is Kemp O’Brien. I am a professional long distance athlete. Hard work and consistency is my mantra. Nothing is impossible,that's what I keep telling my trainees. I aspire to help as many people as possible to reach their fitness goals. Remember it's not a sprint its a marathon.

My method of training focuses strengthening your body by building a strong core as a foundation which then compliments all other body muscle groups. Aerobic and anaerobic endurance training is a key aspect of my training method as increased muscle endurance leads to better body performance as a whole.
