About Vignesh
I am a Management graduate(Christ University,Bengaluru) turned full time musician who is also a Diploma Holder in Carnatic Music from Kalakshetra,Chennai. I have been a Vocal instructor for about 6 years and I have been learning Carnatic Music for the past 11 years under the tutelage of Vid. Thoppur Sairam, Vid. Bhagyalakshmi, Vid. K Hariprasad Kaniyal. Currently, I am under the tutelage of Vid. CR Vaidhyanathan.
I am also an active voice artist and I have had my singing voice featured in feature films like Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, Varmaa and many more Independent Projects.

I take Vocal lessons for both beginners and Intermediate levels of Carnatic Music as well as Light Music. Age and Gender no bar. Here are some approaches I use as an instructor. These classes happen on a one to one basis both online and offline depending on the students and the instructors convenience
1. Usage of Apps such as the Metronome to inculcate the sense of Rhythm into the student
2. Teaching the student to use an E-Tanpura to decide the pitch and help the student sensitise the concept of singing on pitch.
3. Providing theoretical contexts for the concepts taught in a simple and an easy to understand way.
4. Teaching simple vocal techniques to enhance one's voice and much more.

Charges are as follows

Online on weekdays - 750 INR/hr per class
Online on weekends - 950 INR/ hr per class
Overseas
Online on Weekdays-950 INR/hr per class
Online on Weekends- 1100 INR/hr per class
The rates remain the same if the student can travel to my residence for the class.
If there is travel involved from my end the rates are as follows
Weekdays - 1100 INR/hr class
Weekends - 1500 INR/hr class
