About Christyn
Being able to read a room, or read a connection, is something that comes naturally for me. You have to know yourself before you expect others to know you. You have to be able, and willing, to make some changes. However, maybe you need motivation to make a stand and know that you're not imagining unhealthy behaviors in others around you. We're two equals, but sometimes someone else may have an answer or technique, that you need. I'm here to help.

I am not going to give you a random answer that "sounds like it should work", but an actual answer that has been sourced and researched.
