About Tarragh

Hello! I’m Tarragh, a dedicated tutor with a strong academic background as a Bachelor of Arts candidate in Economics and Psychology at Williams College, where I maintain a GPA of 3.7/4.0. As a first-generation high school and college student, I understand the challenges and intricacies of navigating competitive academic and application processes. My educational journey is supported by scholarships and recognition in the arts.

My tutoring expertise is enriched by a comprehensive education in various disciplines. I successfully completed the highly selective Tuck Bridge Business Program at Tuck School of Business, acquiring in-depth knowledge in marketing, strategy, microeconomics, accounting, and corporate finance. This experience allows me to provide high-quality tutoring in advanced economics and business studies, making me an ideal guide for students interested in these fields.

I have also navigated the challenging waters of the International Baccalaureate, achieving a diploma with a score of 39/45. My firsthand experience with the IB curriculum equips me to support students not only in mastering the material but also in developing effective study and exam strategies. I took HL English, HL History, and HL Art, receiving 6s and 7s in all. I also took HL BIO where I received a 7.

Beyond subject-specific tutoring, I offer guidance in college application and essay writing, drawing from my own experiences of crafting applications that stand out. About the lesson

One on one tutoring sessions using whiteboards for HS subjects. Essay Drafting, planning, and editing for school and college applications. Catering for any specific areas of struggle using practice problems and simplified explanations that are easier for students to understand as a student myself.

Also offering networking and career coaching for high school students. I personally was not offered this in high school and have learned so much as a First Gen student at a rigorous liberal arts school. This can include resume workshopping, planning for acquiring your first internship, or college application guidance including supplements and personal statements.
