Hi students! I am here to let you know you can succeed if you put the effort into it. As a tutor I want to not only teach or assist you but also be you're number #1 fan on the sidelines too. I plan to help students feel successful in their classes. Take in approach to help them in the long run. Let's work smarter not harder so that you can pass.
1. Start with communicating with the student the areas felt most needed to be worked on.
2. Start working on those areas. ( Letting the student show how they attempt to work in those areas before intervening to fix mistakes)
3. Give the student to adapt and improve ( As a tutor, I will patiently wait until they are able to understand what is being taught)
4. Do the can I understand what I am learning and teach it to someone else yet test on the student. ( Most important thing is that the student is able to comprehend what is being taught to them).
What sets me apart as a tutor is that I have compassion for the student who needs help because I was once there in that position. I know what not understanding or trouble learning looks like from a first-person point of view.
My lessons are for any Elementary or Middle school students who need help in math, language arts, science, history, or French courses.
